1. Product Introduction
1.1 Product Description
The main components are the compressor, condenser and receiver as well as the electrical and communication systems. The model is inserted into the base unit and is hydraulically connected by refrigerant hoses and electrically connected by cables. Self-sealing joints minimize refrigerant losses. All components are arranged very conspicuously to facilitate monitoring of their operation.
Modern and powerful software is an indispensable part of the training system in the form of hardware/software integration (HSI). It makes the execution and analysis of experiments easy and comfortable. The experimental unit is connected to the PC via a USB interface.
The software consists of system operation and data acquisition software as well as educational software. The educational software comes with explanatory texts and illustrations, which significantly help to understand the theoretical principles. With the help of the creation system, teachers can create further exercises. Each model has its own software, which matches the learning objectives.
1.2 Product Features
1.The refrigeration cycle pipelines are laid on the installation panel, and the high and low temperature areas are painted with different colors for easy observation and distinction.
2.The equipment is equipped with a good safety protection system. High and low pressure protection switches are provided in the refrigeration cycle. When the system pressure is abnormal, the compressor can stop working immediately to protect the compressor and the system.
3. The electrical circuit is equipped with leakage circuit breaker, emergency stop device and reliable grounding protection to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel.
